At KickAss Products, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to reconsider your purchase. That's why we offer a Change of Mind Policy to provide you with flexibility and peace of mind.
Policy Details:
Notification Period: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item/s to request an exchange, credit, or refund for a change of mind.
Condition of Returned Item: The item(s) must be returned in a new, unused condition, complete with its original packaging.
Return Shipping: For all change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of postage back to our warehouse location. Original freight charges are non-refundable.
Additional Fees: Restocking fees and penalties may apply for damaged items, missing/damaged packaging, and used products.
